An international not-for-profit research organization planned to implement NetSuite using the SuiteSuccess model, yet lacked support for process improvement and change management. Leadership needed to redesign processes and organizational readiness to ensure a successful system transformation.
Solution
CBIZ Technology supported the client through a three-phase engagement: kick-off, process transformation, and change management planning. The team facilitated data collection and working sessions, interviewed process owners, reviewed and redesigned workflows, and documented current- and future-state processes aligned with NetSuite. CBIZ also developed standard operating procedures and a comprehensive change management plan, including communication toolkits, sponsorship engagement, training strategies, and resistance management to prepare staff for the transition.
Outcome
The client streamlined and improved financial and operational processes, established leading-practice workflows to guide future initiatives, and gained a structured change management plan. This approach mitigated staff concerns and positioned the organization for a smooth, successful NetSuite implementation.
