CBIZ is proud to announce that we took the next step in strengthening our company-wide diversity and inclusion efforts, as Jerry Grisko, President and Chief Executive Officer, signed the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion Pledge (“Pledge”).

In signing the Pledge, CBIZ joins over 1,000 organizations across the country in the largest executive-driven business commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace. This is part of our plan to cultivate a workplace that supports open dialogue on diversity and inclusion, creates opportunities where diverse perspectives are welcomed and respected, and where all of our team members feel comfortable sharing their own experiences and insights. 

“We recognize the importance of amplifying all voices, sharing experiences and collaborating to achieve lasting and meaningful change. There is more to be done, and we are committed to the learning required to achieve real progress in this area,” stated Grisko.

Our company-wide commitment will be enhanced as team members will be invited to take the ‘I Act On’ personal pledge, as well, demonstrating a personal commitment to a diverse and inclusive culture.
