Solution
CBIZ Technology performed an end-to-end assessment of the organization’s IT operations, reviewing structure, applications and tools, infrastructure, cybersecurity, governance/policies, vendors and contracts, and budget/spend and active projects. We interviewed executives to align IT priorities with business objectives and met with end users to evaluate satisfaction and service effectiveness. The review surfaced duplicative systems, gaps in governance and process, and cost-saving opportunities across technology spend and vendor management.
Outcome
The assessment delivered a clear roadmap to streamline IT. The client identified duplicate systems to retire, opportunities to improve IT effectiveness, and millions in spend reductions. Vendor and contract review uncovered hundreds of licenses to eliminate and $2M+ in contract savings.
