A private college wanted to understand how artificial intelligence (AI) could support its academic and administrative mission. At the same time, the college had concerns around academic integrity and ethical use. Leadership wanted to ensure AI would complement teaching and learning rather than replace foundational educational principles, while also building organizational understanding of AI’s capabilities and limitations
Solution
CBIZ partnered with the college to deliver live AI education and upskilling sessions designed specifically for higher education leadership. These sessions focused on building awareness of generative AI, responsible use, and practical applications aligned to the institution’s mission.
Outcome
More than 100 members of the college’s leadership team participated in AI education and upskilling sessions, significantly increasing organizational awareness and confidence around AI. Leaders gained the knowledge needed to discuss AI’s role across academics and administration.
The engagement established a shared foundation for responsible AI adoption and positioned the college to explore next steps in AI strategy and scaling. The college’s continued engagement reflects its interest in integrating AI thoughtfully while preserving academic integrity.
