Anirban Basu is Chairman & CEO of Sage Policy Group, Inc., an economic and policy consulting firm headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland with an office in Orlando, Florida. The firm provides strategic analytical services to energy suppliers, law firms, medical systems, government agencies, and real estate developers among others.

Randy is a Managing Director in CBIZ’s Assurance Services Group and serves as an executive member of the Regional Construction Practice. He advises construction clients on various aspects of accounting and auditing, financial reporting, job costing and revenue recognition, banking and bonding, tax planning and compliance, and business consulting matters. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association.

Victor DiGeronimo, CEO of DiGeronimo Companies, leads its transformation and client services, managing multimillion-dollar procurement and fostering key relationships. With a BS in Industrial Engineering and Marketing, he rose from equipment operator to CEO. Victor drives urban redevelopment projects including Cornerstone Business Park and Valor Acres. Actively involved in industry organizations and philanthropy, he was recognized as Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2017.

Roger Gingerich is a Managing Director in CBIZ’s Tax & Business Services Group and serves as the Regional Construction Leader. With over three decades of experience serving middle-market businesses and leading CBIZ’s regional practice for construction contractors and real estate developers, Roger excels in driving business expansion through forward-thinking strategies, tax planning, and business planning.

David Mustin is responsible for implementing technology projects such as AI Strategy Readiness and Workshops, IT due diligence, strategic IT roadmaps, IT assessments, system selections, restructuring, and post deal value capture. A Managing Director with CBIZ and with more than 25 years of professional management consulting experience, Mr. Mustin specializes in developing and executing business and IT strategic growth and transformation initiatives. He has an extensive background in formulating and executing technology strategies and digital transformation initiatives.

Don Taylor began his tenure with Welty 25 years ago in a Project Management role, which aligned with his former construction and management experience. After five years of growing under Jerry Welty’s leadership, Don and Jerry formed a partnership in 1996 that resulted in the formation of Welty Building Company Ltd. Don was appointed President of Welty in 1996 and CEO in 1999 and has continued to build Welty’s reputation of excellence with foresight in planning and superior end results.

Adam Wallenstein is co-President of Neptune Plumbing and Heating Company, a Cleveland-based commercial plumbing contractor founded by his grandfather in 1957. He leads the third-generation family business alongside his brother, Michael, across three lines of work: new construction, service and repair, and prefabrication and design, serving commercial, industrial, and institutional clients throughout Northeast Ohio. Under their leadership, Neptune continues to modernize the operations and processes that allow a nearly 70-year-old contractor to keep scaling. He is a past Chairman of the Mechanical Service Contractors of America and currently serves on the board of the Mechanical Contractors Association of America.
