Nicholas Stawasz
Nick is a corporate attorney who advises clients on strategic transactions and other matters. He works with a diverse range of companies, from middle market to emerging businesses, as well as their investors and owners, on transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. As outside general counsel for several clients, Nick provides guidance on executive decisions and operational issues, including corporate governance, internal restructurings, commercial agreements, and other matters that arise during the corporate life cycle.

Bruce Constantine
Bruce Constantine is an accomplished CEO and serial entrepreneur with a proven track record in founding, scaling, and exiting ventures. Over the past two years, he has focused on developing two stealth AI startups, drawing from a deep foundation in innovation and leadership. Previously, Bruce held senior roles at Wayfair, overseeing Partner Operations and Castlegate, and built ESPRO into a leading global coffee equipment company before a successful exit. As an executive at McKinsey, he led large-scale operational transformations for clients totaling over $100B. Bruce holds dual master’s degrees in business and engineering from MIT, as well as an engineering degree from McGill University. An innovator at his core, he is credited with more than 50 global patents and trademarks.

David Mustin
David Mustin is a Vice President, Managing Director of CBIZ Technology’s Strategic IT Consulting practice, with over 25 years of management consulting experience. Formerly a partner at Marcum LLP, he is responsible for implementing technology projects such as AI strategy and workshops, strategic IT roadmaps, IT assessments, system selections, restructuring, and post deal value capture. Additionally, specializes in developing and executing business and IT growth strategies, with expertise spanning digital transformation and technology projects across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, professional services, and nonprofits.

Larry WIlson
Larry Wilson is currently working as a Government Contractor providing Cybersecurity Engineering support for the US Marine Corps and also working as an Adjunct Professor (part time) at UMass Lowell teaching classes in Cybersecurity Engineering and Program Development and classes in Protecting Against Ransomware Attacks. Mr. Wilson is the former Chief Information Security Officer for Sumitomo Pharma Americas, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and the University of Massachusetts. In this role, Larry was responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance with university and corporate Cybersecurity Programs based on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Ransomware Programs based on the MITRE ATT&CK Framework.
