Marie Ebersbacher is the Senior Managing Director and National Practice Leader for the CBIZ Forensic Consulting Group. Marie specializes in complex litigation, including multi-year and multi-account tracing and accounting, forensic accounting and investigation and business valuation.
Marie has performed analyses in hundreds of complex engagements, specializing in ultra-high net worth marital dissolution, equitable apportionment and complex financial tracing. Her expertise extends to shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract, economic damages, and fraud investigations. Marie has also advised buyers and sellers on fair market value business sale transactions.
