Marc Breslow serves as the Lead Managing Director in the Forensic Consulting Group at CBIZ for the Southeast Florida Region. With over 35 years of experience – including more than three decades specializing in forensic accounting – Marc is a recognized leader in his field.
He manages complex marital dissolution cases involving high-net-worth individuals and plays a key role in mediations and settlement conferences. Mr. Breslow provides valuable guidance to attorneys throughout the settlement and negotiation process, including the negotiation of alimony and child support, as well as the valuation of assets and liabilities to determine the equitable distribution of property.
Marc has pursued extensive continuing education in the areas of marital dissolution, business valuation, and forensic accounting, ensuring he remains at the forefront of his profession.
As a qualified expert witness, Marc frequently testifies in court. Over the course of his career, in addition to family law matters, Marc has had extensive experience with bankruptcy, receiverships, and contract dispute matters. Marc is highly skilled in analyzing documentation, interviewing employees, and performing investigative analyses related to complex litigation matters.
