Jared Tonks is a Managing Director in the Forensic Consulting Group at CBIZ. He specializes in complex litigation and business valuation, and has conducted forensic accounting, tracing, and valuation analyses in hundreds of engagements involving marital dissolutions, shareholder and partnership disputes, and other matters.
Jared regularly performs business valuations for estate, gift, and business transaction purposes. His experience also includes tax preparation, corporate accounting, fraud investigations, and the assessment of economic damages such as lost profits and wages. He has been appointed as an expert witness and has provided testimony on numerous occasions in the Superior Courts of Contra Costa, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties.
