David Campbell-Clark

David Campbell-Clark is a Director in the Forensic Consulting Group at CBIZ, where he has been serving clients for over 15 years. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), specializing in forensic accounting and economic analysis for complex matrimonial matters and litigation consulting. David also has extensive experience in civil litigation, internal investigations, and fraud investigations.

He is highly skilled in the valuation and division of marital and separate property, quantifying factors relevant to deviations from guideline child support and maintenance, as well as calculating credits and reimbursements. David provides expertise in preparing net worth statements, conducting financial discoveries, supporting settlement negotiations, and addressing the wide range of financial issues that arise in complex, high-net-worth marital dissolutions.

Prior to joining CBIZ, David served as the Head of Forensics and Chief Operating Officer for a leading boutique matrimonial law firm in New York City. Before that, he was a Manager in the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Compliance Group at an international bank, where he played a key role in developing and enhancing the bank’s anti-bribery and corruption risk management framework. David began his career at a Big Four accounting firm, auditing private equity and hedge funds, and later became a Manager in the Fraud Investigations and Dispute Services Group, overseeing various domestic and international investigation teams.
