Location
Charles Berk serves as the Lead Managing Director at CBIZ in the Forensic Consulting Group. Charles specializes in providing restructuring advisory, both in and out of Chapter 11 proceedings. He has served as chief restructuring officer, as companies’ financial advisor, and has provided consulting services to numerous creditors’ committees. Charles has also provided expert witness testimony in connection with litigation involving financial frauds and fraudulent conveyances.
Prior to joining CBIZ, Charles was an Audit Senior Manager where he gained retail, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution experience. Charlie joined the organization in September 1984.
