Tony is a Managing Director in the Central Region of CBIZ Valuation Group with 18 years of experience providing business valuation and consulting services. Since 2005, he has performed business valuations for publicly traded and privately held companies, both domestically and internationally, ranging in size from less than $1 million in revenue to over $1 billion. His areas of focus include valuations of enterprise value, equity, derivatives and intangible assets for financial reporting, gift & estate tax, mergers & acquisitions, transaction support (fairness & solvency opinions) and general business planning purposes.
Tony is a CFA charter holder, as awarded by the CFA Institute, as well as a designated Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) within the American Society of Appraisers.
