At CBIZ, Inc., we believe a key part of our culture is to encourage both staff and clients to ask questions, present ideas, and raise concerns, including those of a legal or ethical nature.

While we hope you feel comfortable raising an issue or resolving a matter directly, the CBIZ Ethics Hotline was established as a method for reporting conduct that may be unethical, illegal, or in violation of professional standards. The hotline, managed by a third-party vendor, is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. You may choose to remain anonymous or identify yourself when using the hotline. This hotline is intended for reporting serious ethical concerns such as misconduct, fraud, discrimination, or violations of policy. It is not intended for general complaints, service feedback, or personal dislikes (e.g., fees, facility conditions, or interpersonal conflicts not involving ethical issues).

Before contacting the CBIZ Ethics Hotline, we encourage you to consider whether or not you can directly raise your concern with someone at CBIZ. Should you not feel comfortable doing so, or do not know whom to contact, please utilize the hotline. Your report will be given to the appropriate risk management personnel or legal counsel at CBIZ for review and be investigated as appropriate.

CBIZ Ethics Hotline

The CBIZ Ethics Hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please allow three working days for a response.

CBIZ associates or clients may report a complaint by dialing 1-866-255-2611 or by visiting the Security Voice website.

This hotline is not intended to be used for emergencies. In the event of an immediate threat to life, health, or safety please contact your local emergency services.
