David is a Managing Director in the Tangible Asset Practice of CBIZ Valuation Group. An Accredited Senior Appraiser, he has more than 30 years of valuation experience throughout the United States, Mexico, Europe and South America. David has extensive experience in valuing tangible personal property including industrial/manufacturing properties, buildings and machinery and equipment for insurance, tax, financial reporting and purchase price allocation purposes. He has also provided litigation support and expert witness testimony for his clients in healthcare, agriculture and printing industries.
Prior to joining CBIZ Valuation Group, David was employed by a large global appraisal consulting firm where he began as a senior manager and then became a managing principal, responsible for growing newly created regional practices that he started. He also worked his way up from staff appraiser to regional appraiser manager.
