Jenna Allegretto
Jenna M. Allegretto is a managing director with CBIZ and a shareholder with CBIZ CPAs P.C. in our New Haven, Connecticut office. A Certified Public Accountant, Jenna offers more than a decade of experience providing assurance services to clients that have spanned a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, technology, life science, biotech, and employee benefit plans. Jenna offers an array of independent audit, attestation, and transaction advisory services to publicly traded and privately owned companies. She has experience with audits of internal controls over financial reporting, implementation of new accounting pronouncements, as well as ongoing SEC reporting and compliance requirements for publicly traded companies, including comfort letters, registration statements, and periodic SEC filings.

Thomas Busby
Thom Busby is a Partner at Mirus Capital Advisors, a premier middle market investment banking group, where he serves as Co-Head of the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. Thom has been raising capital professionally for more than twenty years, with the last ten years’ dedicated exclusively to the life sciences industry. As trusted advisor and investment banker, Thom has led numerous corporate financings and M&A transactions for growth-stage biopharma, medical device, diagnostics & instrumentation, and life sciences services companies. His network transcends public/private, venture/private equity, debt/equity, and other institutional and family office capital markets.

Katy Daiell
Katy Daiell is a Managing Director in the Company’s Providence, Rhode Island office, a member of the Firm’s Corporate Tax Services group and is a member of both the Consumer and Industrial Products group, as well as the Technology and Life Sciences Industry group. She has 20 years of experience working with public and private clients of varying size and complexity. Katy has a diverse background in corporate tax, including tax compliance and planning for multi-national and multi-state corporate enterprises both publicly owned and closely held, as well as pass-through entity taxation and ASC 740 tax provision preparation and review. Her industry experience includes technology, bio tech, life sciences, manufacturing, distribution, private equity, and professional service firms. She has worked for regional, national, and international public accounting firms in the past.

Wayne A. Martino
Wayne is an experienced advisor to clients in the life science, biotechnology, and high-technology sectors, with a strong focus on complex sales, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, and technology licensing. He has represented public and private companies, entrepreneurs, investors, academics, boards of directors, management teams, and startups in a variety of high-value transactions, including business sales, joint ventures, seed and growth capital, earnouts, and equity rollover. With expertise that spans business, financial, legal, and tax considerations, Wayne is known for his creative problem-solving in emerging industries where legal precedents may be lacking.

Jason Moi
Jason Moi is a Managing Director in the Company’s Boston, Massachusetts office and is a member of its Capital Markets and Technology & Life Sciences Industry groups. Jason is also a Shareholder with CBIZ CPAs P.C. He has more than 21 years of accounting experience serving and working closely with both publicly held and private venture capital backed entities. He provides auditing, assurance and consulting services to clients in various industries including high technology, life sciences, biotechnology, software, manufacturing, professional services and employee benefit plans. In addition, he has experience with IPOs and reporting requirements for publicly traded companies including comfort letters and registration statements.

Victor Olmos, PhD
Victor Olmos, PhD is an Associate at Kendall Capital Partners (KCP), where he evaluates and supports early-stage biotechnology companies navigating today’s rapidly evolving funding landscape. He leads the diligence at KCP works closely with founders to refine strategy, secure financing, and position their technologies for long-term success. His investment focus spans next-generation therapeutics, enabling platforms, and breakthrough drug-development technologies.

Jan Smallenbrock
Jan is a Managing Director and National Leader of the International Tax & Transfer Pricing Practice. He focuses on supply chain structures and the related international tax and transfer pricing implications, assisting companies to efficiently structure their manufacturing and distribution tax footprint. Jan also assists companies with global tax rate structures, tax filings and compliance, and transactional due diligence services. Jan has more than 27 years of experience navigating international tax and transfer pricing planning. He previously held leadership roles at one of the “Big 4” firms and was most recently an International Tax and Transfer Pricing Partner at a large international accounting firm. Jan has assisted many medium- and large-sized U.S., Asian and EU multinational-listed companies (including private equity, information technology, and SaaS companies) with tax audits, tax rulings, tax planning, unilateral/bilateral Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), and transfer pricing studies worldwide.

Jacob Ullucci
Jacob Ullucci is an Executive Director and Commercial Banker focused on Life Sciences for JP Morgan. Through a consultative approach, he provides thoughtful banking and financial solutions for his clients ranging from startup to public. Specializing in treasury, liquidity, and debt solutions that that promote growth, maximize investments objectives, and mitigate risk, his ability to leverage the JP Morgan firm is a significant benefit to the clients he serves.

Abigail Yoder
Abigail Yoder is a U.S. Equity strategist for J.P. Morgan Global Wealth Management. As part of the Global Equity team, Abigail helps develop the Private Bank’s U.S. equity views and identifies and markets stock-specific and thematic investment opportunities across U.S. equities. Abigail joined J.P. Morgan in 2014 and prior to joining the Equity Strategy team in 2020, Abigail was a Research Analyst for a multi-asset income-oriented Strategy within the Private Bank and a market strategy research analyst within Asset Management.
