Wayne is a Lead Managing Director with the Forensic Consulting Group. Since 1992, his professional efforts have been concentrated on providing forensic services to corporations partnerships and individuals in the areas of financial analysis, forensic accounting analysis and valuation related issues in both litigated and non‐litigated matters. Additionally, he has conducted marketplace research and analysis in a variety of area including executive compensation and the effect of economic conditions on specific business models.
Wayne has testified as an expert witness on hundreds of occasions in Ventura, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo counties. Prior to joining CBIZ, Wayne was the owner of Lorch & Company APC for 15 years until he and Patrick Greene merged their two companies in 2016 to form the California based forensic accounting firm LorchGreene, where he served as partner until the company was acquired by CBIZ Forensic Consulting Group in February 2026.
