Vladimir Korobov

Vlad Korobov is a Managing Director at CBIZ in the Forensic Consulting Group located in our New Haven office and has been serving clients since 1996. As a Certified Public Accountant and Accredited Senior Appraiser, he is a national expert in valuation matters related to traditional and alternative asset managers, registered investment advisors and financial services firms. He has been qualified as an expert witness in the State Courts of Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts, as well as various arbitration proceedings. He has also rendered extensive services relating to court testimony. Vlad is on the State of New York Courts’ list to receive court appointments in Westchester Country. He has also received Court appointments in New York.

Vlad has performed valuations for a variety of purposes including, but not limited to, family law matters, estate and gift tax, fairness opinions, transactions, solvency determinations, employee stock ownership plan formation and administration, financial reporting and litigation. The subjects of his valuation assignments have included entire enterprises and partial business interests; preferred, debt and convertible securities; portfolios of assets; derivative instruments; intangible assets; and profit-sharing arrangements, such as carried interests and developer promotes.

Prior to joining CBIZ and predecessor firms, Vlad was with a Big Four accounting firm in New York in the fraud investigation and dispute services and the valuation and business modeling groups.
