Toni Megna

Toni Megna is a Senior Director at CBIZ in the Forensic Consulting Group. She has more than 10 years of experience in litigation support for marital dissolution, shareholder disputes, and lost profit claims. Toni has also worked on a variety of projects, including those involving business valuation, asset tracing, and lifestyle analysis, and has experience assisting in receivership matters.

Toni’s marital and family law case experience consists of financial and forensic analysis of parties’ income, assets, valuations of businesses, equitable distribution calculations, forensic tracing of income and assets, income and asset diversion analysis, child support calculations and alimony calculations, lifestyle analysis and preparation of financial affidavits. She has experience in mediations, as well as deposition, hearing testimony, and trial testimony.

Her business valuations have been performed for equitable distribution as well as estate and gift tax purposes. She has performed business valuations for infrastructure construction, leather upholstery, software development, and granite and marble fabrication enterprises.

Toni is responsible for conducting forensic investigations, the reconstruction of accounting records, and preparing complex financial models and forecasts. She provides consulting and accounting services to attorneys, financial institutions, insurance carriers, and litigants.
