Kent Swartzberg

Kent Swartzberg is a Director in the Forensic Consulting Group at CBIZ, specializing in forensic accounting and business valuation services for litigation matters involving marital dissolution, shareholder disputes, asset tracing, and other complex financial issues. He also prepares business valuations for estate planning, gift tax reporting, and buy-sell agreements.

Kent has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including agriculture, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade, healthcare, real estate, and professional services. He has been designated as an expert witness and has provided trial testimony in both Kern County and Los Angeles County Superior Courts.

His areas of expertise include income analysis for child and spousal support, evaluation of marital standard of living, valuation of closely held businesses, complex asset tracing, and the apportionment of real estate, retirement assets, and equity-based compensation (such as RSUs and stock options) between separate and community property.
