Harris L. Devor is a Managing Director at CBIZ in the Forensic Consulting and Litigation Group located in our Philadelphia office. He has been serving clients for over 50 years since 1973. Harris is a nationally recognized expert in applying generally accepted accounting principles, generally accepted auditing standards and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board standards and has been engaged as an expert and testified many times around the country and internationally in some of the largest accounting/auditing failures of the last 30 years (e.g., WorldCom/Arthur Anderson, Madoff/PwC, Tyco/PwC, Bernard Madoff/PwC). Harris is retained by both private law firms as well as the SEC, States Attorneys General, and other parties involved in complex litigation and has also testified numerous times regarding damages and commercial disputes.
