Megan O’Neill

Megan O’Neill is a Director in the Forensic Consulting Group at CBIZ and has been serving clients since 2003. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she is recognized as an expert in high-net-worth marital dissolution matters.

Ms. O’Neill has extensive experience providing litigation support services, including multi-year and multi-account tracing and accounting analyses, apportionment of separate property assets, determination of marital standard of living, calculation of income available for support, and preparation of post-separation accounting and reimbursement claims analyses. She also has considerable expertise with family law matters involving clients in the alternative asset management industry, including private equity.

In addition, Ms. O’Neill has performed economic damages analyses in a variety of engagements, such as lost earnings and benefits, wrongful death, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, business interruptions, construction defect matters, intellectual property disputes, unjust enrichment, and partnership disputes.
