Noel is a Senior Director at CBIZ in the Forensic Consulting Group, located in our Marlton office, and has been serving clients since 1988. A CPA, CFF, and CVA, she is an expert in business valuation, including the identification and quantification of appropriate discounts for lack of control and lack of marketability for shareholder disputes, estate and gift planning, and marital dissolution. She also provides interpretation and communication of findings in matters related to forensic and economic damages, critique and rebuttal of opposing expert reports, and evaluation of various tax and financial issues related to divorce. She has provided expert testimony in various courts in New Jersey, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Friedman, LLP in 2017, which merged into Marcum in 2022 and was then acquired by CBIZ in 2024, Noel spent 16 years with the litigation support group at Withum.
