Steve Juska is a Managing Director at CBIZ in the Forensic Consulting Group. He is responsible for engagements in which CBIZ provides business appraisals, intangible assets appraisal and impairment testing, economic damage analysis and forensic accounting and litigation support services, including business valuation, asset tracing, and income analysis.
Since 1997, Steve has provided numerous clients with business valuation, intangible asset valuation, and litigation support services. Engagements include ASC 805 Purchase Price Allocations and ASC 350 Goodwill Impairment Testing; state and federal tax planning, including discount studies of investment partnerships for estate and gift tax purposes; business acquisition analysis; economic damages analysis; solvency analysis; and litigation support service including marital dissolution and shareholder dispute.
Steve has delivered presentations to accountants and attorneys on topics such as business valuation and forensic accounting. He has also been qualified as an expert witness to provide testimony regarding net income available for support, forensic accounting, and business valuation.
