Director of Development

Founded in 2020, COVID Care Force addressed urgent healthcare needs during the pandemic. In 2022, it evolved into Global Care Force (GCF) to tackle enduring healthcare disparities worldwide. GCF mobilizes compassionate medical volunteers, resources, and technologies to bridge healthcare gaps, serving nearly 2,500 patients and providing over $100,000 in free medicine in 2023 alone.

Executive Director

We’re excited to be partnering with Front Porch Alliance (FPA), an organization that has been empowering families and communities in Eastside Kansas City for 25 years. The Executive Director will guide FPA’s impactful work across three pillars: Community Engagement, Neighborhood Families & Early Learning, and Youth Journeys. The organization’s mission is to be a catalytic force, responding to the needs of these vibrant communities.

Director of Philanthropy

We are excited to partner with our client, Historic Denver in seeking their newly created role, Director of Philanthropy. Historic Denver is the foremost voice advocating for Denver’s historic and cultural assets, working every day to promote and protect Denver’s historic places and spaces and the stories they tell about Denver’s diverse residents and communities. In addition to owning and operating the Molly Brown House Museum, Historic Denver conducts educational programming and events, leads walking tours, provides technical assistance to owners of historic properties, and holds preservation easements on more than 70 of Denver’s most beloved buildings. Historic Denver also works in partnership with the City and County of Denver to administer the Discover Denver program, a city-wide survey focusing on identifying the buildings that are important to the city’s history and communities.

The Director of Philanthropy reports to the President & CEO, who is a committed partner in the organization’s fundraising effort. Together, with the CEO and Board of Trustees, the Director of Philanthropy will serve as the fundraising “face” of the organization. This role will serve as a key senior leadership team member and play an active role in formulating strategic and operational goals for the organization. In partnership with the CEO, this position is responsible for all fundraising and development activities. The successful candidate will help forge new relationships to build Historic Denver’s visibility, impact and financial resources.

Hunger Free Kansas (HFK), supported by the Kansas Health Foundation, is addressing this urgent issue by uniting partners, mobilizing resources, and driving innovative policies to end hunger.

We are seeking a collaborative and solution-driven leader to serve as HFK’s inaugural Executive Director, tasked with coordinating statewide efforts, advancing impactful strategies, and inspiring a diverse network to create a hunger-free Kansas. Senior Director of Partnership Experience

We are seeking a driven, visionary, and collaborative activator to serve as The DeBruce Foundation’s Senior Director of Partnership Experience. This individual will lead the Foundation’s work in bringing tools, training, and resources to partner organizations, seeking greater impact through widespread adoption.

The Senior Director of Partnership Experience will craft the partner acquisition strategy, lead partner outreach and acquisition, contribute to content development that supports successful adoption and implementation, manage and prioritize team capacity, and coordinate with the Foundation team to ensure impeccable partner experience. This role reports directly to the Executive Director & COO.
