SAVE, Inc. provides permanent, transitional, and emergency housing services to those navigating HIV/AIDS, substance use disorders, mental health disorders, and other challenges through the provision of comprehensive housing solutions. Reporting to the Board of Directors, and working closely with the executive team, the CEO will invest in the continued sustainability of SAVE, Inc.’s vital service operations while planning for a future of increased impact. Director of the Office of Economic Security

CBIZ EFL Associates is honored to partner with our client, the Colorado Department of Human Services, to find their next Director of the Office of Economic Security. The Colorado Department of Human Services provides bold and innovative health and human services that support people and families by connecting them with assistance, resources, and support at every stage of their lives. “We’re the people who help people” is more than just a motto. Services and programs include: child welfare, developmental disability services, mental health services, nursing, social assistance programs and youth services.

The Director of Economic Security leads the Office of Economic Security (OES) and is responsible for creating and implementing a vision for a variety of antipoverty programs, while also directing the operations of programs that provide income, food/nutrition, workforce, and supportive services to those in need. This role provides oversight and direction in the visioning, strategic planning, goal setting, program outcomes, and performance management for the CDHS Office of Economic Security. Reporting to Deputy Executive Director of the Department of Human Services, the Director manages approximately 180 employees through five direct reports and oversees a budget of $584 Million.

The ideal candidate will register a minimum of 8 years of experience with progressive responsibility in economic security, social work, public health, non-profit or other related governmental policy work including experience at the management level. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strategic planning skills, bring change management experience, and understand how human capital aligns with organizational culture to achieve operational goals. Director of Finance

CBIZ EFL Associates is excited to partner with DCCCA in search of a Director of Finance to lead all financial operations, forecasting, budgeting and reporting. This head of finance will work closely with the CEO, COO, management team and Board of Directors, to establish strategic goals and objectives and generate tactical plans of implementation for financial improvement. Leading and partnering with others, the Director of Finance will collaborate across the agency to optimize and improve financial performance. CPA or CMA is required for the role. DCCCA is a leading provider of high-quality residential and outpatient treatment services and large contractor of child welfare prevention services. With its full array of social and community services, our client is positioned to support Kansas’ most vulnerable populations. This is an exciting role for a strategic finance professional to join a committed team that values respect, learning and commitment to quality.
