The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services released the 2023 benefit parameters for prescription drug benefits under Medicare Part D.

As a reminder, Medicare Part D is the prescription drug portion of the Medicare benefit. An employer offering prescription drug benefit to anyone, employer or dependent, active or inactive, must disclose annually and at certain other times whether the prescription drug coverage is creditable or not creditable. The following parameters are relevant for purposes of determining creditable coverage in 2023.
