Lisa Miller is a Director in the Forensic Consulting Group at CBIZ. She provides business and financial advisory services to attorneys and their clients throughout all phases of the litigation process, with a focus on the evaluation of economic damages across the Southeast. Lisa has served as an expert witness, offering testimony in court, depositions, and arbitrations, and has been engaged as a consultant to assist with damage evaluations for mediation and settlement discussions.

Lisa collaborates closely with counsel and clients to assess the financial implications of disputes, leveraging her experience to identify and analyze key issues related to damages. Her meticulous attention to detail enables her to effectively guide the evaluation process and deliver thorough financial analyses. She has extensive experience evaluating damages and relevant issues prior to litigation, as well as for arbitration and settlement purposes.

Her expertise includes disputes involving complex financial transactions; intellectual property matters such as trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and copyrights; failed business relationships, including franchise, distribution, and joint venture agreements; warranty and insurance claims; employment disputes; lender liability claims; and forensic analyses. Lisa’s industry experience spans a broad range of sectors, including financial services, transportation and the automobile industry, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, healthcare, and professional services.
