Tony Consoli

Tony Consoli serves as President and CEO of CBIZ Insurance Services, where he leads growth and operational excellence across the firm’s Property & Casualty division. With more than 35 years of experience in the insurance and risk management industry, Tony is recognized for his collaborative leadership, client-focused solutions, and dedication to innovation.

Since joining CBIZ in 2011, Tony has driven significant expansion in both new markets and business lines, particularly within the firm’s Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. After assuming the role of President in July 2025, he became responsible for the company’s financial and operational results, as well as the ongoing development of its associates.

In his current role, Tony has implemented a strategic focus on expanding industry specialization, pursuing targeted mergers and acquisitions, and building upon CBIZ’s track record of successful sales and client service delivery.

Prior to joining CBIZ, Tony held senior leadership positions at major brokerage firms and served as Managing Director of Risk Management and Insurance for a leading
New Jersey health system. He is widely regarded for his industry expertise, ability to implement innovative risk management solutions, and commitment to the professional growth of his teams.
