As Chief Operating Officer of the Benefits and Insurance Division, Polly is responsible for running key growth and other operational initiatives, including merger and acquisition integration. Prior to her current role, Polly led the Kansas City Employee Benefits division, growing revenue by 50% in her seven-year tenure in the role and running all facets of the business including organizational culture, client retention to growth, and profitability, and served as a senior leader focused on innovation for the Employee Benefits Division.

Polly has a proven executive management track record with over 15 years of experience at CBIZ, with the last seven years dedicated to leading a team of 70+ associates. During her early tenure with CBIZ, Polly created the national onsite clinic consulting practice. Prior to CBIZ, Polly spent eight years at Cerner Corporation in a variety of executive leadership roles including growth initiatives, international expansion, new product development, and large P&L and people management responsibility.

Polly is a six-time recipient of Ingram’s 250, recognizing the top business leaders in Kansas City. Polly was named top woman advisor by Employee Benefit Advisor Magazine in 2019. Polly received national recognition by Business Insurance Magazine in 2015 as an honoree of its “40 Under 40 Broker Awards.” The 40 Under 40 program recognizes leadership attributes, client service skills, and expertise among retail insurance brokers younger than 40. In 2019, Polly was named one of Kansas City Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business and Employee Benefit Adviser’s Top Women in Benefit Advising. Polly is actively involved in many community initiatives, including past Chair of the KC Chamber’s Executive Women’s Leadership Council and Vibrant Health Board, while currently serving on the board for YPO KC. Polly is passionate about mentoring and serves as a mentor to many women in the KC area.
