Chris Sikora is the Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Finance at CBIZ. He leads the design and execution of the company’s investor relations strategy with the goal of strengthening relationships with the investment community and elevating CBIZ’s presence in the market.
As the key liaison between CBIZ and the investment community, Chris leads the quarterly earnings process and works closely with the Senior Leadership Team to articulate strategy, performance, and long-term value creation frameworks.
Chris brings more than 18 years of finance, investor relations (IR), and corporate development experience to CBIZ. He previously served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Diebold Nixdorf, where he successfully led the company through a significant business and capital structure transformation.
During his tenure, he relaunched the company’s investment thesis in the market, broadened and strengthened the investor base, attracted additional sell-side coverage, and led a successful $1.2B debt refinancing.
Chris has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility across finance, strategy, and corporate development at Diebold Nixdorf and spent eight years at KeyCorp. He holds an MBA from Cleveland State University and a bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University.
