As a reminder, Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires covered entities to post notices of non-discrimination and availability of language assistance services. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has resources for use by covered entities in meeting these requirements, available here. By and large employer sponsored plans are not subject to these rules, however, in the event a plan would receive HHS funding they would need to be aware of and comply with these requirements.
