Ware Grove

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Ware H. Grove has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CBIZ since December 2000.

Chris Spurio

President, Financial Services

Chris Spurio joined CBIZ in January 1998 and has held numerous positions in the Company. Mr. Spurio is President of the Financial Services Group.

Donna Mirandola

Chief Marketing Officer

Donna Mirandola was appointed Chief Marketing Officer of CBIZ, Inc. in August 2024.

Jerome Grisko

President & CEO

Jerome P. Grisko, Jr. was appointed CEO in March 2016 and a Director of CBIZ in November 2015.

Matt Morelli

Senior Vice President – Corporate Development

Matt currently serves CBIZ as Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. He joined the company in '07, after spending several years as outside legal counsel.

Elizabeth Newman

Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Elizabeth Newman was appointed Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer in December 2022.

John Fleischer

Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer

John A. Fleischer has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of CBIZ since August 2014.

Jaileah Huddleston

Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

Jaileah (Leah) Huddleston joined CBIZ in 2023 from Brown-Forman Corporation, a publicly traded Fortune 1000 company based in Louisville, KY, where she served as Vice President- Associate General Counsel- Regional, Securities and Governance, and Corporate Secretary.

Michael Kouzelos

President, CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services, Inc.

Michael P. Kouzelos joined CBIZ in June 1998 and has held several positions in the Company. He was appointed President of the Employee Services Group in May 2015.

Peter Scavuzzo

Chief Strategy Officer

Peter Scavuzzo serves as Chief Strategy Officer and is responsible for defining and driving the CBIZ’s strategic initiatives, including transformation, innovation, enterprise project management, and business intelligence & analytics.

Ronald Storch

Chief Business Officer

Ronald Storch, CPA serves as Chief Business Officer. Ronald manages offshoring initiatives, real estate and facilities, international relations, the integration of the Marcum Transaction, the CBIZ Foundation and other various operational areas.
