Jeff is a Managing Director overseeing the Kansas City Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Practice. As a consultant, Jeff and his staff help companies grow and navigate through critical transition periods. In doing so, clients have access to the complete suite of outsourced services, which helps them better understand their accounting organization, procedures, and internal policies. As leader of the BPO practice, Jeff oversees the day-to-day accounting services performed for clients in a variety of industries and helps his clients clarify their current financial position and make decisions to move their organizations forward.
Jeff's work on special projects has included acting as an outsourced CFO or Controller, providing due diligence support, and assessing software needs for certain clients. These clients have ranged from large publicly traded companies to closely held organizations in various industries. The projects have been ongoing or short-term in nature.
In many organizations, change is necessary to move the organization toward its financial goals. Jeff has guided his staff and client staff through steps to identify necessary improvements, planning on how to modify procedures or behavior and transform the organization.
Over the past 27 years, Jeff has worked in both public and private accounting in a variety of industries. Jeff has worked as the Chief Operating Officer, Controller and Chief Financial Officer for various organizations in the manufacturing, real estate and service industries. He has 15 years of audit experience including managing day-to-day activities of audit engagements and guiding field staff in their efforts.
