Chris has over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, finance, and consulting. His experience includes audit preparation/facilitation and both complex technical accounting and operational accounting areas including stock-based compensation, accounting for debt and equity issuances, close process improvement, and financial reporting, and new accounting pronouncement implementation including the new revenue standard (ASC 606).
His industry experiences include technology (software, SaaS, internet-based and hardware), gaming, services, and manufacturing.
Chris is experienced in a wide variety of consulting projects. He performs fieldwork and execution of the project plan to meet client expectations and ensure a high-quality work product. Chris is well organized and makes sure projects are completed on a timely basis.
Chris is also experienced in IPO readiness and public security offerings. He has assisted with facilitation of the external auditor procedures with regards to an SEC filing, drafting of the document and issue identification/resolution.
Prior to joining ARC Consulting, Chris was a Manager in public accounting at Burr, Pilger, and Mayer, LLC. He was also a Senior Financial Analyst at Hewlett Packard, spent time in the roles of Controller for the Snapfish Division, and as a Team Lead in the External Financial Reporting Policies group.
