Employees can access their full annual election amount for qualified expenses right from their eligibility date.

Funds become available as contributions are deposited.
Parking & Transit
Commuter funds are available on the card as they are contributed to the plan. The IRS monthly plan maximum cannot be exceeded via card use.
HSA vs. FSA
HSA
An HSA is a savings account used with a high-deductible health plan (HDHP) to set aside pre-tax funds for qualified medical expenses.
Employees who are enrolled in an HDHP can enroll.
FSA
A pre-tax account for medical, dental, vision, or dependent care expenses.
Any employee, regardless of enrollment in the employer health plan can enroll.
