Precious Stargell Cushman joined the Community LINC team in 2016. She leads the overall strategy and operations of Community LINC and its programs. Ms. Stargell Cushman oversees the development of programming that supports the mission of Community LINC as well as fundraising, finances, and outreach. Ms. Stargell Cushman holds an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and B.A. from Dartmouth College. Her background includes over 35 years of executive leadership positions in the financial services industry and prior to joining Community LINC, she served as Vice President with the United Way of Greater Kansas City.

Philanthropic Advisor, Nicole Stuke works with nonprofits to help them plan for their financial future through agency funds. Nicole has worked in the nonprofit landscape for more than 20 years and is dedicate to helping organizations meet their strategic goals. Before joining the Greater Kansas City Community Foundations and its national entity, Great Horizons in 2019, Nicole worked for the American Heart Association and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
