The AICPA Conference on Current SEC and PCAOB Developments, held December 6th-8th, provides a comprehensive review of the year’s biggest accounting, auditing, and regulatory developments, and a preview of what to expect in the immediate future from the SEC, PCAOB, FASB, and IASB regulators.  Members of our team who attended the conference will provide a debrief on the key points, tips and other guidance shared at the conference.

  • Summarize the major accounting, auditing, and regulatory development updates as of late 2021 that have an effect on public business entities 
  • Identify the changes that affect SEC reporting going into 2022 
  • List best practices to ensure compliance with new requirements

Prerequisites: Participants should have experience working on accounting and/or auditing matters for SEC-registered entities.
