This course will discuss the key considerations companies should consider when preparing for an initial public offering (IPO) and will provide valuable insights and best practice recommendations from industry panelists who have gone through this process.

Course Objectives

After completing this course you will be able to:

  • Identify key roles needed in setting up the appropriate team in preparation for an IPO
  • Determine appropriate steps to implement to strengthen the close process
  • Identify additional data that will be needed during the IPO process and determine additional tools or technology needed to achieve the data collection process
  • Create the appropriate narrative for your company’s successful IPO
  • Determine successful cost saving measures that don’t sacrifice growth opportunities which lead to successful IPOs
