Whether you have 2,000 Mondays or 20 left, we’re all living on borrowed time. The question is whether we’re stuck in autopilot or whether we’re living regret-free lives we’ll be proud to remember. Shining the light on our scarcity of time helps us get clear about what matters: How do you want your thousands/ hundreds/ dozens of weeks to be?
Our interactive workshop will help you understand how the practice of memento mori— the Latin phrase for “remember we must die”— has the profound potential to wake us up, and reinvigorate our lives with urgency and meaning.
Lifestyle speaker Jodi Wellman will lead a session rooted in the science of positive psychology, that covers how we can all be more mindful about not just living longer, but also living wider and deeper… without a Monday to spare.
