Course Objectives

  • Review issues within the Form 990 to understand the expectations of the IRS for compliance and transparency.  Satisfy stakeholders’ expectations for relevant information about the organization through disclosures in the Form 990.

  • Discuss the implementation of the new leasing standard
  • Explain recent changes to the Uniform Grant Guidance and Single Audits
