CBIZ Public Pension Compensation Survey
The CBIZ 2023 Public Pension Compensation Survey features in-depth data from 88 U.S. public pension funds representing 39 states and 82 roles common among public pension funds, including key positions in leadership, investments, member/benefits services, accounting, human resources and information technology, among others.Â
Results provide salary statistics by job with segmented analysis based on asset size, fund management style and number of employees. The survey, open exclusively to U.S. public pension funds, is intended to help funds benchmark their compensation and benefits packages against their peers.
