EEOC Announces New Opening for 2022 EEO-1 Reports

Employers planning to submit their 2022 EEO-1 report can expect the portal to be available beginning on October 31, 2023, and employers will have until December 5, 2023, to complete their 2022 EEO-1 reporting submissions, according to a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announcement.

2024 State Unemployment Tax Rates 

Many state unemployment tax agencies have begun mailing 2024 state unemployment insurance (SUI) tax rates as well as filing frequency changes to employers. Once you receive this information, please forward it to the CBIZ Payroll Tax Team

Please note that Georgia employers will need to obtain their rates online beginning mid-November 2023.
