Microsoft Teams became a particularly useful tool for us at CBIZ, helping us with everything from COVID communications to internal team members to facilitating training and professional development.

Phil has more than 25 years of accounting experience, and leads the learning and development function across the Financial Services division. He oversees the learning needs analysis, content and curriculum design, program delivery and measurement for more than 1,000 employees.
