About the Guest Speaker – Clare Schultz

Clare oversees and coordinates all aspects of the employee benefits package for her clients. She consults with business owners on their benefits program by reviewing current plan designs and supplying carrier comparisons, plan recommendations and contribution strategy analysis. Clare collaborates with her clients to develop the most appropriate strategy specific to each company. She is significantly involved in the renewal process and leads employee education programs.

About Our Host – Danny Ritz

Danny joined CBIZ as a Benefits Consultant in March of 2017 and has built a diverse book of business in the years since joining the team. With clients ranging from craft breweries to higher education, he's gotten to work with employers with a wide variety of needs. Large and small, local and multi-site, each group faces different problems that need to be solved.
