Illinois Consumer Disclosure Notice

Under the Consumer Coverage Disclosure Act, employers employing individuals in the State of Illinois are to provide a health plan comparison to its employees of what benefits the employer’s plan provides compared to the essential health benefits as required by the State. The Illinois Department of Labor has updated the disclosure notice for 2023 which can be found on its webpage. As a reminder, employers must provide this notice to all employees upon hire, annually, and upon request.
