CBIZ, Inc. is proud to announce that all consulting professionals in its CBIZ Engagement and Wellbeing Consulting practice have earned the Thriving Workplace Culture Certificate (TWCC) from Salveo Partners. The certification will further CBIZ’s mission of helping clients create healthy and happy workplace cultures that support their people and produce positive organizational outcomes.
“Our firm's wellbeing consultants are equipped with a diverse and unique set of skills,” said Emily Noll, National Director of CBIZ Engagement and Wellbeing Consulting, a benefits consulting agency. “We’ve cultivated a strong, multifaceted team with direct experience in a number of wellness disciplines, including mental health, public health, nutrition, mindfulness, leadership coaching and more. The TWCC training, with an emphasis on employee experience, ethical wellness practice, and workplace culture, adds another layer of specialization and a wider range of tools to serve our clients.”
CBIZ Engagement and Wellbeing Consulting is a component to the company’s robust employee benefits offerings and provides customized strategies that help employers design a thriving culture with healthy and engaged employees. Beginning in 2019, the group pursued the TWCC designation as a complement to its existing offerings and expertise. In order to receive a TWCC license, participants must attend an 11-week in-depth training program that includes live online sessions and practical application of the knowledge and skills. Participating team member, Amy Snyder, shared “through this intensive learning opportunity, I feel more empowered and prepared to guide my clients in creating meaningful workplace change and improving their employee experience.”
“We are excited to have the CBIZ team join our community of incredible forward-thinking leaders who are busting outdated paradigms and helping workplaces be more human, effective and future-ready,” said Dr. Rosie Ward, CEO of Salveo Partners, a consulting and training company. Ward explained that “the health and wellbeing of organizations is inextricably interconnected to the health and wellbeing of their people. Now, more than ever, we need people equipped to help businesses thrive in our increasingly disruptive world and create a better human experience. The CBIZ team is engaged and ready to do just that. They've shown commitment to be on the leading edge of the future of work and wellbeing.”
Steve Sublett, Chief Operating Officer-CBIZ Employee Benefits, affirms that it is crucial that companies be proactive in fostering a positive and inclusive culture, “our goal is to continue to support our clients in their efforts to create a healthy environment and workforce and it is essential that we have the best resources, knowledge and expertise at our fingertips to achieve this.”
CBIZ Engagement and Wellbeing Consulting was established to help companies increase engagement and success in their workplace. With the TWCC designation, CBIZ culture consultants will now be able to offer clients expert advice to further accelerate employee growth and unlock potential.
