Using AI for Hiring: The Pros and Cons
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming an essential tool in the hiring process to reduce recruiting dollars, spend less time sifting through resumes, and identify and hire the right candidate, faster. However, there are some scenarios and some phases of the hiring process that are not always best served by AI. We take a look at the pros and cons in this article.
