Hi Jay,Glad to see CBIZ is ahead of the curve on social recruiting. We are already seeing 100s of people flocking from Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to our employers' "social job descriptions" on Ongig.And candidates are spending 4+ minutes with each social job description (because they each have a combo of visuals (visual recruiting!), social media and comments (much like the comment I'm making here).
