Health Reform Bulletins (HRBs) are technical reports that provide summaries of implementation guidance issued by the Affordable Care Act's governing agencies. HRBs are issued in response to a significant change to or the passing of new employee benefits legislation and are intended to provide technical guidance, as well as insight into the impact of specific rules.
