Shelbi is a Manager in our Colorado office who has been serving clients for over 8 years. A Certified Public Accountant in Colorado and California, she specializes in tax compliance, consulting, and in-depth planning to high-net-worth individuals and related closely-held businesses.
Shelbi works primarily in the real estate industry including real estate transactions, residential and commercial development and leasing, and complex partnership allocations. In addition to her real estate activities, Shelbi also works with small and medium businesses, high net-worth individuals, and family partnership.
She joined CBIZ in 2021 as a result of the Middle Market Advisory Group (MMA) acquisition from Richey May & Co.
