Roxann has over thirty years of experience developing and implementing successful employee benefits strategies for medium and large employers in various industries including in various industries with the challenge of diverse employee populations.
Currently, as Vice President, Roxann uses her expertise to develop creative solutions for the many difficult challenges encountered in today’s employee benefits environment. Her areas of focus include strategic planning, cost containment, population health management, health care consumerism, disability and absence management, and effective communication for employee benefit programs.
She began her career with UNUM, where she was responsible for all aspects of servicing employee benefit plans. Then, in 1982, Roxann joined CBIZ as a senior account executive in the Major Accounts Division. Here, she worked with key clients managing their health and welfare plans and other employee benefit programs.
